I earned my private pilot license through Coeur d'Alene Aviation and Maintenance. I highly recommend this school. They are very professional, knowledgeable and maintain safety as their top priority. I trust their planes and their instructors with my life. While taking lessons, they were flexible with my full time work schedule. I was well prepared for my written exam and checkride. I passed both on the first try.

My family and I were trying to find the best way to sell our father’s airplane (rural MT.) last year after his passing. We were very fortunate to have been introduced to Kirk through a previous owner of the plane that was interested in buying it back. Even though that deal didn’t happen, Kirk stayed with us and eventually we decided to send the plane to Coeur d'Alene. Understanding our hesitancy (we all live elsewhere) Kirk was patient and extremely professional. We had just had its annual done but Kirk and his team went over the plane and found a couple of minor repairs that we had them complete. He cleaned the interior and hadn’t even finished all his marketing when he called with an acceptable offer. His system that he has in place made the sale smooth and easy. Based on our experience I cannot say enough about his professionalism and would recommend Coeur d’Alene Aviation and Maintenance to anyone needing to sell their aircraft. I have flown out of KCOE with Jeff Fouche at Latitude Aviation for close to three years now. His facility is top of the line and is constantly getting updates. The planes are well maintained and are a joy to fly with both tail wheel and tricycle gear options. DO TAILDRAGGER! Jeff and all of the other CFI staff at latitude really know their stuff and will ensure your safe and proficient engagement with the joy of flight! I will continue to fly with Latitude as long as I live in the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area due to their impeccable service, knowledgeable and experienced staff and cost efficient flying options!
