A phenomenal experience that was definitely worth the trip and money. The instructor I flew with was amazing. You'll have a great time here! My only criticism involves communication regarding size and weight limits. I'm on the larger side (6'4", 250 lbs.) and called about a week before my appointment to make sure it wouldn't be an issue. The answer I received was essentially, "We'll have to see on the day of. It depends on the weather, fuel load, and weight calculations." In hindsight, I understand why that answer couldn't be more definitive. Everything worked out perfectly, but a little more explanation at the time would have been reassuring since I'm a first time flyer who crammed himself into a tin can with wings. Otherwise, 10/10.

I had a discovery flight this morning with Jonathan Outmezguine (adding his last name just incase another Jonathan is there) from Washington Flight Academy, and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment we started, he was incredibly friendly, calm, and easy to talk to, which made a huge difference as someone who had never flown before. He gave clear, helpful direction and made flying feel way less intimidating than I expected. His patience and confidence really stood out for me, as well as how comfortable he made me feel the entire time. He also went out of his way to capture a lot of footage for me, which I really appreciated. Overall, my instructor was great and made this such a smooth, enjoyable first experience. I highly recommend flying with him, and I’ll definitely be back again in the future.

Had an amazing discovery flight with them. Everything was smooth and pleasant from the Groupon purchase to setting up the appointment and the eventual flight itself. Our instructor Samara was an impressive young lady who was friendly, patient and knowledgeable answering my silly questions about aviation. Once up in the air, it was an unforgettable experience seeing the frozen winter landscape from up high. Can’t speak to quality of regular classes (yet) but definitely recommend anyone regardless of experience try out their discovery flights.

All love to my instructor, Ran! My wife got me my Discovery Flight through Groupon. I've been wanting to fly since I was a kid. I'm glad to say I had a fantastic experience. My instructor, Ran, was really calm and patient, and gave good clear instructions. As a person who has skydived twice (from both 10K ft and 13K ft) I was a little nervous about taking over the plane, but Ran walked me through it and kept giving me tips. I felt comfortable in no time. It also felt good to hear Ran talk about his goal of wanting to be a pilot and making that dream come true, and then encouraging me to pursue it too., because we're all little kids when in the air. Try it out, at least once in your life. It's worth it. As for me, I'm definitely going back.

My friend and I had a blast with this flight experience today. This was our first time in a small plane, and the experience of sitting in the front seat and actually flying the plane truly it was amazing. I am very thankful to our pilot, Jason, he is truly an amazing instructor and very patient. He gave a very good tour. I am very glad and happy with my experience. Definitely will try again soon. Thank you, Jason.
