Rented a G6 SR22 from ECAC for a trip to Sun n’Fun in April. Beautifully maintained, hangared aircraft. The ECAC team is friendly and professional. They were also very reasonable in working out an agreement about the minimum trip hours. Everything went as smoothly as possible, and it was an amazing trip!

I’ve been renting from all three East Coast locations for nearly 8 years now. It’s been incredibly easy to rent a plane with over 40 aircraft between all three locations. I’ve taken their planes across the country numerous times and I have never had an issue with availability. A few weeks ago I decided last minute to fly to Sun N Fun and they were able get me a plane on short notice. The maintenance is great and in my 1,000 plus hours flying planes from this school I’ve never had an issue. A great selection of planes for longer trips as well such as Arrows, 182s and Cirrus.

I was a cfi when I started training for my r44 teaching endorsement. They tried to waste my time and money with showing me how the 4 forces of flight worked which is student pilot level. When I explained to the instructor that theres isnt a need and I won't pay unless its to teach me how the r44 works. He was very annoyed and reluctantly agreed. He kept on purposefully buzzing houses to enter a confined area. The instructor was also a show off who refuses to be a human resources in the cockpit and sets me up for failure. Then He decided to badmouth my previous instructor as someone who has no proper experience. I explained to him that the previous instructor who taught me has over 40000 hours total and 10000 of that is in helicopters while he only had 5000 hours. The next day the owner told me that he was extremely sick and wouldn't train me anymore. I asked the owner if there was someone else. To which the owner didn't reply back. I called the main office that day and the same cfi that was supposedly sick answered. Extremely unprofessional. They will not train you and take your money. Watch out

I’ve been taking flying lessons for a few months at ECAC and I absolutely love it. Everyone - from the instructors to the individuals at the front desk - is professional, kind, and caring. I personally fly with Leo and think he’s the perfect balance of educational and fun. If you’ve ever considered flying, book a discovery flight at ECAC! It broadened my horizons and provided me a new hobby, new friends, and a potential new career path. Thank you ECAC and Leo for showing me I can do anything I truly set my mind to!

If you are looking to take flight classes on your own paste and book lessons but have a busy work schedule this place is the right place for you. This is one of the three ECAC locations in the state. The Bedford location is where I was able to take my flight lessons. ECAC is by far one of the best flight schools in the state with very reasonable pricing on rentals. The front desk staff are friendly, polite and helpful. They make you feel welcomed and always greet you with a smile. The schedule although at times can be busy with multiple students flying for the day, once you book your introductory class you can then book your flight lessons online as you wish; with however many hours you would like to book in a week. You can book flights until a month in advance which gives you plenty of time to plan your personal life around the lessons or the lessons around your personal life. The website is super simple and easy to use and is very straight forward. The instructors are all very skilled and experienced and know how to teach and make you feel comfortable with the plane. Once you start your solo flights other instructors look out for you and are always there as a resource if you need anything. As you take more classes you are expected to do more and more hands on while the instructor observe and goes a little less hands on to give you the skills you need to fly the plane. Justine and Sophie were the two instructors I flew with and both were knowledgeable, skilled and very friendly. They both made me feel comfortable learning from them and slowly progressing to my solo flights. The planes are very very very well maintained and although some are a little older, they perform amazingly, and that goes to show the good work of the maintenance department with this club. There is a very organized system for when there is any maintenance issues with the plane. Things get fixed and looked at right away. Overall I have nothing negative to say about this flight school and only all positive things. It takes a lot to be a pilot but this place makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, teaches you, gives you the skills, and makes you a damn good pilot. Highly recommend!!!
