Mechanically the guys and gals in and running the mechanical side are awesome, no complaints as the reason I had a major overhaul done here was because of the great knowledgeable guys doing the work, however the higher ups felt the need to overcharge the crap out of me , and as I pointed out the mistakes or so I thought , they were going to reimburse me(only since I caught it and said something ). However somehow they lost cash that I paid on my bill, and even though on the invoice it was clearly stated how much was paid in cash and signed . They then proceeded to only reimburse me a portion of what was agreed upon( which took months ) and then when I got the reimbursement check it was the amount agreed upon minus what that they lost or was missing. Then they proceeded to write me a note saying it was my fault that I paid in cash. Whoever is running the show here is a joke, I would never take anything here again due to the lack of responsibility and poor accountability of the “higher ups” . Again the work was great but the company itself should be turned into the BBB. If I could leave less then 1 star I would, their accounting department is borderline crooked !!!
