I highly recommend Legacy Aviation. I recently completed my training there and earned my private pilot license in just three months. I was working with a tight timeline, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and help me stay on track. Everyone at Legacy truly cares about their students’ success and is committed to helping you perform at your best. My CFI, Jeremy, was incredibly supportive, always available to answer even my smallest questions and very flexible with my frequent scheduling requests. Jerry was also a tremendous resource, consistently providing helpful materials and guidance throughout my training. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and learned a great deal. I can’t say enough great things about Legacy Aviation Saginaw LLC. I originally signed up for a discovery flight to see if becoming a pilot—and eventually flying for a major airline—was something I wanted to pursue. From the moment I got in the air, I was hooked. The team made the entire process approachable and exciting. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in your success. The training program is structured to build confidence and real skills, not just hours logged in a logbook. Fast forward to today—I completed the training program, earned my Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), and am now building hours by training other students myself. I had the best experience in the classroom and flying lessons. On my trip to Easter Island, I calculated density altitude on all my flights, and texted photos to my instructor (see the ones with tape on the wings?!!?)

Took my first ever, bucket list discovery flight with Legacy Aviation. What a great experience! It was everything I’d hoped for and more. Great staff, great CFI, great plane! Although I don’t plan to acquire my pilot license, I’d go up with these folks again anytime just for the thrills. 10/10 Recommend. Just do it, you’ll be glad you did!
