I’ve been driving past Sparta airport for years, stopping to watch at any opportunity. I recently met some of the staff and it’s quite obvious and comforting how passionate everyone is about aviation. I’m looking forward to the endless friendships and mentors this space brings!

I worked with Sparta Aviation to get my Private Pilot license. Mark and the other flight instructors are amazing. They know how to train and prepare you for the written and oral exam, as they go the extra mile to make sure you succeed. It was such a great experience, I recommend everyone give them a try!

Anybody wishing to learn how to fly an airplane should consider this place if they are in West Michigan. I had an enjoyable experience learning how to fly from them. They have a few Cessna 172’s and a few low wing airplanes to chose from also (which I did not fly) I flew the two 172’s during my training with them. Nice people who
