Horrible experience. I had major insurance work that required removal of both wings for my Piper Cherokee. Two gas leaks still present when I got the plane back in addition to a dead battery even though they put a new one in during the repairs. I used TC Aviation for a pre-buy inspection. They did a very thorough job and found several items the pervious owner's mechanic missed. They clearly communicated their findings and work to be done and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Twin Cities just completed a pre-buy inspection on a 182 for me. The whole experience, start to finish, was positive. They provided me with a detailed list of discrepancies, along with their estimate to address each one, and pictures of each one to help me fully understand what they were seeing. (I was not able to be there when the inspection happened, so this was especially helpful for me.)

There is no better place to learn to fly. Their planes are well maintained, and their staff is welcoming and skilled. Their CFI are great, and make students like me feel very comfortable about flight. They also rent planes.
