I transferred to Elite Aviation from another academy in the fall of 2025 while working toward my private pilot certificate. At the time, I was struggling with several foundational concepts that are critical to safe and effective flight training. From day one, the team at Elite took the time to thoroughly assess where I was in my training, evaluate my skills in the cockpit, and identify the specific areas that needed improvement. They created a clear, structured plan that not only helped me develop the technical skills required to earn my certificate, but also build the confidence I need to feel capable and in control in the cockpit.
Their approach to training is methodical, safety focused, efficient, and incredibly thorough. Every lesson builds intentionally on the last. Nothing feels rushed, and nothing is left unclear. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure you truly understand the “why” behind what you are doing, not just how to perform a maneuver.
Beyond the quality of instruction, Elite Aviation operates a fleet of aircraft that reflects their professionalism. The airplanes are consistently clean, well maintained, and in excellent working condition. I have not had a lesson canceled due to maintenance or equipment issues, which speaks volumes about how well they manage their fleet. There is always a safe, reliable aircraft ready to go, and that consistency makes a significant difference in training momentum.
Most importantly, this is a program where students feel heard and respected. Whether you are a younger student beginning a professional aviation career or someone like me who has carried a passion for flying for years and finally decided to pursue it, they meet you where you are. They take the time to understand your goals and develop a plan that supports them, whether you are flying recreationally or working toward a career in aviation.
Transferring to Elite Aviation was one of the best decisions I have made in my training journey. I could not be happier with my experience, and I strongly recommend them to anyone starting out in aviation or pursuing additional certifications.
