I attended the Kansas City location and finalized my A&P in September of ‘24. I’m very proud of that due to the fact that the school that I paid roughly $50,000 for did a very piss poor job. For example, the way the school was ran, lack of shop time and any sort of real training was absolutely terrible. What was supposed to be a 7 hour class was 3-4 hours on a long day. There was a certain instructor (that is still there) that would use the last entire week of each block to go over the final/answers word for word to ensure that students passed. On a positive note though, I did learn some lifelong advice/knowledge from both Joe Heath and Daniel Ostendorf. Those two I will never forget which is the only reason why I’ll give the school 2 stars.

I wanted to be a bit more thorough of my review. Great staff, they have the knowledge and are great teachers. They helped me with scholarships, jobs, and expanding my knowledge I'm forever thankful. HOWEVER as for my personal experience. They rushed me into the program and didn't give me alternate avenues to get my A and P, they didn't have my best interest at heart. They weren't upfront with the price. it's 50,000$ and I hardly had any FASFA to cover it and now I will be paying for another 10 years of my life. I would be okay with it if I received what I expected. for something that high of price you'd think you would have working mock-up's and all the materials you need to practice for your o and p's, but it was cheap, dirty, nothing was maintained. I understand you need broken things to identify what it shouldn't look like and to find tolerance but now that I have my Airframe license and have worked in the field you NEED up to date working instruments, antennas, fuel systems, and landing gears. because you will be challenged on your practical to build or maintenance something functional not broken. for 50,000$ I expected more and that's not unreasonable, I made the most with what I had but honestly be picky with your program. Some jobs will hire you and get you your A and P without you paying. I found that out later :( but for THAT much money I got ripped off.

Had a phone call with a nice gentleman after I had signed up for this program thinking there was multiple parts instead of only Aviation. The gentleman told me they in fact do, do HVAC work with aviation and I was welcome to come tour the building. I was then pulled into an office with a lady where she proceeded to tell me they have nothing to do with HVAC and when I told her I would rather go the union route when she was questioning me on my career choices she proceeds to tell me “that’s not the way to go” and question me on my knowledge of my career choice and how much I’m currently making at my current job. It set the tone and she ended the “interview” or whatever you want to call that BS and walked out. Very disrespectful when I walked in everyone had smiles and even offered water and was greeted by handshakes, but all of that is tainted whenever someone like Debby Lang has something to say about career choices. Stick to your office and know what you’re talking about. There is clearly some miscommunication going on and it’s not setting a good rep for this buildings motto. Would’ve loved if the “tour” was ONLY about the program and opportunities instead of belittling an interested audience.

This is from a 5th grade teacher perspective. We took our students to this school for a jet camp experience. Each person we interacted with during rotations were absolutely incredible with our students. Thank you so very much for this amazing insight to such a crucial mode of transportation. My students enjoyed it! Their favorite I heard a lot say: simulator. Second up was the rocket launcher. I personally thought the riveting metal was the best! I mean come on I got to use power tools!! One of the boys really got into the electrics part. Thank you for giving young students a memorable experience! Keep teaching! You all are awesome!
