The owner Herman is a very nice guy. Regardless of that i called 3 weeks in advance to schedule a PPL finish up course. Herman assured me we would fly for 2 days and then take the exam on the 3rd day. I drove 4 hours from Chicago just to show up and have him realize he made the mistake of not marking me down that i needed to take the full test. He assured me that he would call me later on in the afternoon to confirm a new date. I didn't hear from him until the next day even after calling 3 times and he informs me that the examiner says he’s not available for another 2 months. Complete waste of time, effort, and money. Very unprofessional!

Cheap Flight Instruction. Happy with my training here. Almost in a minimum requirements and I learned everything fast. Yes cheap school, no fuel surcharge, Cessna is $100 per hour, flight Instructor is $50 per hour. No ground instruction fee. Pre and post flight instruction is free. Very knowledgeable instructors. Very patient. They will go in every detail. They have Cessna and Piper. Well maintained aircrafts. They also have Flight Simulator for Instrument Rating Instruction. Don't get intimidated with the set up of their office. The office is under renovation, currently they have their office in a trailer.
