Desert Flying Club

I had a pleasant experience with the Desert flying club thanks to Steve the club administrator. He set me up in 1 day with a checkout scheduled within the next two days to fly their DA40. After the checkout, I was able to fly around Nevada and Arizona having a great time! Steve was very responsive and willing to help. He is an asset to the Desert flying club for sure!

Don’t even bother. They were quick to enroll me in a family membership and begin billing me at $80 per month, but since then, nobody is willing to speak with you on the phone about anything, and whoever is manning the admin email address takes, on average, three weeks to respond to simple questions. Excellent place to learn and continue flying once you have your ticket. Wonderful CFI’s and lots of available planes and times. The airspace is terrific for learning.

Learned to fly and still flying here, great place for both, solid choices of aircraft, great instructors as well.
