I'm working on getting my PPL at CAS and would highly recommend them if you're thinking about learning to fly. The staff is really great - super friendly and accomodating. Ben is my CFI and I can't imagine finding anyone better.

I went to Concord Aviation Services after taking lessons for my PPL at a part 61 school at a different airport. At the other school I felt like I was wasting hours and money on flight training that was not beneficial or valuable. After taking a break I looked into Concord Aviation Services and decided to start taking lessons again toward my PPL. Immediately I could tell the difference in the training all around from scheduling, ground lessons, flight instruction, aircraft, fbo, and the quality of instructors. I took lessons with Ben and was able to pick up where I left off from prior training but began to feel more prepared, safer, and confident as a pilot. Other instructors, Ashley in particular were very friendly and helped answer any questions I had as well. For me the most beneficial part about choosing this school was having instructors that were more than helpful throughout the entirety of my training and were just as invested in my training as I was. The training I got was consistent start to finish and exactly what I was looking for. From prior experiences, I definitely recommend this school as a first stop for flight training whether you’re looking to start flight training or pickup where you left off.

I trained here this past summer for my private pilot license and it was a great experience. The school made it convenient to schedule a lesson with it's online scheduling. My flight instructor Ben was a great teacher who did an excellent job preparing me for every aspect of training and did everything possible to make sure I was a skilled confident pilot.

I have been working on getting my Private Pilots License for a few months now at CAS and cant speak highly enough of the staff there. My flight instuctor, Ben, has been excellent in explaining all aspects of flight both on the ground and in the air all while keeping it not only safe but also interesting and very fun. If you are thinking of getting your license I highly reccomend you check them out!

Very disappointed by the service received by instructor Kevin Burbank. Very nice at first but washed his hands when came the time to schedule my check ride. He took no responsibility into it. He will give you a couple of examiner phone number then you will be on you own…and good luck with that. He will make no effort to help in timing the last bit of training and the check ride….Which mean you will have to pay extra money to re-train because your currency, sign off, written test will expire before you can arrange the check ride. There will be no effort on his part to try to accommodate the student… You are not his priority…you are just another student. A poor level of personalize service which doesn’t bother Dave who run the business. I would recommend them to read the “instructor code of conduct” and take a training course on customer service. Flight training should be stress free…and fun…and it should be mentored from A to Z by a professional instructor. Unfortunately they are short coming and will make you know that if not satisfied…go somewhere else. if you are okay with sub standard level of customer service…and don’t mind to be just another student pilot that will pay more than what you deserve…you will be okay. There may not be many other option…but I would definitely drive the distance to attend a different school. Thanks for reading. Really not recommending this place….
