Absolutely/objectively the worst, most horrific training experience possible (for a LARGE # of different reasons), compounded with an apparent lack of caring or follow-up. Every single one of us was astounded and disgusted with this entire experience. I have completed many dozens of FSI training events over 26 years, but this was by far the worst experience & will NEVER come back here. Other programs might be okay...

Abigail can help you with anything you need on site. She's amazing and on point! Jeff takes a great management approach as his office is located directly in the lobby with an open door and a great greeting upon arrival in the morning. I felt very welcomed at this facility.
