I have tried to schedule a discovery flight for my little brother going on 3 weeks. I’ve called at least 30 times and visited the school 2 times. I spoke to someone at the front desk who said they would call me to schedule the discovery flight. Going on 6 days and no one has reached out. I was warned by 2 cousins who are airline pilots to not waste my time doing flight training in PR. The quality of professionalism is way below any standards a FAA certified flight school should have. Makes me worry if all inspections (100 hour, annual) are even done. I would definitely request to inspect all Aircraft log books before taking to the skies. Buiqui lost 2 students as I’m looking to get my instrument rating and little brother looking to start his aviation journey. Good luck Aviators

Flight school is over charging and scamming students. On the outside everything looks fine, ive heard of flight schools wanting to charge you for everything but in BUIQUI prepared to get charged for just walking to the plane. They charge you for walking to the planes as ground school but you dont actually get any ground instruction. As soon as I saw a charge for a service that was not provided I went ahead and filled with DACO. I can understand a lower fee for the escort to the ramp but the FAA has a definition for what is ground instruction. Not flcomplying with federal law is a red flag that I will not accept from an "FAA certified" school. Apart from that numerous students with training loans get scammed out of their remaining loan balances as they try to take it all before you notify the bank that your training is over. I heard this from 3 students. Many more in that list I have not heard from. In short they should close this place down so that people without shady bussiness practices can come in and make it a better place to learn.
