I went on a scenic discovery flight over the lake with Morristown Flying Service and had the BEST time! 🛩️ Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The pilot joe 🕺 was awesome — explained everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole way. Seeing the lake and mountains from above was unreal 🌄😍 Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun and unforgettable first flying experience! Best day of my life. For my birthday, my roommate surprised me with a flight at The Flying Service and it was such an amazing experience! Mitchell was the best instructor — so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. If you’ve ever thought about trying flying, I can’t recommend this place enough! They make you feel safe and comfortable from takeoff to landing, and it’s something I’ll never forget!

I trained and acquired my instrument, commercial, and CFI ratings flying out of Morristown. The instructors out there are very patient, helpful, and kind. The rental/training aircraft at Morristown Flying Service have to be some of the cleanest, most up-to-date, and most well maintained aircraft I’ve seen during my 11 years of experience. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting to get a new rating, or even a flight review to get current.
