The training and facilities here are top notch. I am going a two star review because I was forced to use the oxygen masks and caught covid and the flu at the same time which costed my family over $3000 in medical bills. I am also very disappointed that I never heard back from anyone even after I put all of this in my review after training.

I just finished the Corporate Cabin Attendant class at FSI DFW. I couldn't be happier. Frances, Katy, Kim, and Amanda were "Fantastic". Got make sure I leave an honorable mention for Scott and Billy. Mr. Brad Thress, you have a great crew. I don't mean to tell you how to do your job, but in my opinion these folks deserve a raise. Thank you again to all the folks at FSI DFW.

Clean, employees are extremely nice, I felt like a VIP. The instructors are very knowledgeable and were able to teach the materials in a way that I was able to understand and retain. I would highly recommend and attach my name to FSI to any one.
