After researching this company and reading multiple employee reviews, I personally became uncomfortable with the operational concerns being discussed online. Some reviews mentioned management issues, dysfunction, and even safety-related concerns, which was enough for me to decide not to move forward. Private aviation already requires an ENORMOUS amount of trust, and this didn’t leave me with any confidence.

We have used Leviate twice, both times on short notice, and when we needed it most. The customer service here is out of this world. The attention to detail and planning flawless. The pilots were fun, engaging and communicative. The boarding on and off the plane was awesome. BEST COMPANY EVER! I had the most phenomenal experience with Leviate. From initial quote, to booking, then flying...all of it was great. The owner met me at the tarmac to ensure we were happy and sent us off in style. I will never use another charter service...ever!
