I went from zero to Certified Flight Instructor at Hodges Aviation. Great school and quality instructors. John Hodges and Jordan Piety got me where I wanted to be and helped me out above and beyond the standard. If you’re looking for a quality school with a family environment, this is your place.

Todd Johnston and John Hodges helped me achieve my private pilot’s license in the most efficient and professional way possible. They both put in tons of time and effort and I couldn’t be more pleased for what they’ve done for me. I highly recommend anyone to go and check out Hodges Aviation and meet two of the best instructors in DFW!

These guys work around your personal schedule, I work crazy hours, so they meet me at my convenience for my flight lessons. My instructor, Todd, is professional and thorough.

Hodges Aviation has been a great introduction to flying for me so far! John and Todd have both been professional, patient, and most importantly (for me at least) available when I've needed them. I finished my private in November of 2020 with them - passed on the 1st try! - and plan to be back this summer to start my instrument when work calms down again.
