Tried to take a written here and no employees showed up, another person trying to take their test had to tell me that their employee was out of town and forgot about the exam. Highly recommend taking your written at the PSI location next to Abuelo’s in Lubbock

Horrible customer service. First I scheduled a discovery flight with these people as a first lesson. The plane was in such disrepair that the instructor had to fly in the pilots seat, the passenger seat where I was setting was so broken down that you could not set up straight, and the plane itself looked like a salvage find at best. Highly recommend! I got my instrument rating through Hub City and had an incredible experience through the entire process. They were especially accommodating with the schedule and tailored rides towards my needs. Sam was my main instructor and definitely knew what he was talking about, and all the instructors were always willing to help out whenever I had popup questions. Friendly staff and knowledgeable CFIs. Willing to help you through. I got my private done in 10 weeks at 37 hours. I drove an hour and 15 minutes multiple times a week just to train here. Plenty of aircraft and instructors. Thanks to the whole team and special shout-out to Jett!

10/10 Owner and all instructors are extremely knowledgeable with tons of experience, 2 in house evaluators. Will work around your schedule and make sure you have a tailored lesson plan. wide range of aircraft to chose. I drive 2 hrs atleast 2 times a week just to fly here
