I like the new scheduling system that allows for instructors to schedule time with their students rather than having a disconnected third party in charge of scheduling. I think that overall instructor quality is held to a high standard.

Excellent demanding environment for learning professional aviation. Highly rich real-world learning experiences are offered, and it is highly rewarding being at the centre of a busy flying environment and NAS. Exploring different parts of the country on cross-country flights was fascinating and exciting. The workshops with Chris Friscetti are exceptional and highly valuable - they extended my learning manyfold. The G1000 aircraft are great - learning to fly with advanced avionics was very interesting and enriching. The flight instructors and staff were on the whole very friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help.

This is, without question, the most disorganized and unprofessional flight school I have ever dealt with. They managed to lose my paperwork—a basic responsibility that should never happen in a professional training environment. To make matters worse, Erin, who appears to be the point of contact, does not answer phone calls and is consistently unresponsive. When she does reply to emails, the tone is unhelpful and dismissive, making the experience even more frustrating. For an institution that is supposed to prepare people for a serious career in aviation, their lack of accountability and communication is completely unacceptable. Zero out of ten—I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

If you're considering AeroGuard Flight school, DON’T. This school is a complete dumpster fire from top to bottom. The instruction is subpar at best, and the scheduling is a total mess. You would think the people making the schedules would know what they were doing considering its their JOB and yet they still can’t manage to handle it. They constantly cancel lessons last-minute, and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone, they blatantly ignore any type of communication and leave you hanging when you need answers. The administrative staff is so painfully disorganized its almost embarrassing, they are a total mess. Kristen in particular stands out not because she’s helpful, but because she’s terrible at her job. It’s honestly shocking how someone so consistently unhelpful and careless could be allowed to oversee ANYTHING at a flight school. On top of that, the entire school feels like a money grab. They clearly care more about packing in as many students as possible than actually training competent, safe pilots. The only decent thing about this joke of a school is the simulators, which are modern and well-maintained — but that's nowhere near enough to make up for the nightmare that the rest of this school is. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money, and GO TO A DIFFERENT SCHOOL.

Will refuse to accommodate other obligations and give you lessons with specific instructors. Nearly every lesson is with a different instructor so that they can fit their schedule which leads to differences in instructions. They have disjointed management and one instructor can tell you what another instructor explicitly told you to do is wrong. A part 61 pretending to be a 141 because they either don’t want to or can’t follow 141 regulation. If you were to show up late twice they would kick you out yet they can decide not to schedule you whenever they feel like it even have a late instructor. Management seems like they care more about profits and prestige than actually helping students learn and succeed.
