After OneSpan failed to honor our reservation out of Havasupai, Guidance Aviation stepped in and helped us get out. Even though the day was hectic and the wait was long, Robert and the crew on 10/17 in Supai Village went above and beyond to keep things organized and get us on a helicopter our safely. Really appreciated their professionalism and effort!
