This was my first time ever being in a small prop plane like this, let alone flying one. An AirBnB Experience called "Fly an Airplane over LA" popped up and caught my interest, and I'm glad I checked it out. It was a great one-hour experience that was part sight-seeing flight, part introductory flight lesson. Nirvan at The Flight Academy was my copilot/instructor, and did a great job explaining everything and guiding me through the controls and the process. It didn't actually take long to feel pretty comfortable with controlling the yoke to ascend, descend, and bank/turn. The weather was great and the whole thing felt very safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Had my first ever introductory flight with Mo and let me just say, Mo made it like it was a walk in the park. The experience was fantastic and it was all thanks to Mo’s professionalism as well as his hospitality. Highly recommend this place! Thanks a lot Mo!

Cannot recommend this enough - definitely one of the best things you can try in LA. The views you get of the city are incredible. Don’t be surprised if you want to learn how to actually fly a plane after the experience! You’re in good hands with Moe and Sam. We went up with Sam; he was friendly, relaxed and professional. My husband got the chance to fly the plane for most of the hour once we were up in the air. These guys are awesome.

My fiance and I had a super exhilarating flight from take-off to landing with Moe, our flight instructor. He was professional and made us feel at ease throughout the flight! We had the best views of LA! Will do it again in a heartbeat if we visit LA again. :)

It was an experience of our lifetime! One of my best by far!!! Me and my husband flew in turns and we both could do pretty decent enough flying because Moe was a very patient and a very calm teacher and a guide. He was very friendly instructor, even taught us a thing or two extra. We Saw some breathtaking views during the flight. We both loved the whole thing and highly recommend this as must do thing if you happen to come to LA.
