Buyer Beware – Undisclosed Expiration Fees I purchased a Groupon for two discovery flights for $180.20. I later learned it expired on 11/8/25. Groupon’s fine print states the amount paid remains redeemable after expiration. As of 1/9/26, the company’s current price is $100 per flight (the original Groupon price was $93.60 each). When I called the number ending in 1110, I offered to use my credit and pay the difference. Instead, I was told there is an undisclosed expiration fee of $70 per voucher, totaling $140, charged for no reason other than expiration. They refused to apply my paid credit unless I paid this fee. This results in a $140 loss, despite the flight costing $100 today. This policy was never disclosed upfront and feels punitive and misleading. Due to this experience, my wife will not pursue her PPL with this company. If transparency matters to you, proceed with caution.

I completed my PPL or Private Pilot's License with NextGen, and the staff were all so helpful and supportive. They really helped pave the way with their recommendations and insights, timely communications and scheduling, and constant encouragement. The instructors are really competent and concerned with your safety, they will instill the knowledge you need, give you every opportunity to grow as a pilot, and level with you when you need leveling. And they will also encourage you. It's the right mix to make your dream of becoming a licensed pilot a reality!

I purchased the Hollywood flyover as a gift for a coworker. The employee who helped me with the purchase was named Jordan. She was so helpful in giving me options and details of each package, but I eventually settled with the Hollywood flyover. Very grateful for her professionalism and upbeat demeanor. I will definitely be back next month when I purchase my own flyover package.

Took my boyfriend for a demo flight for his birthday this Saturday and it was such an amazing experience. The instructor was so kind and knowledgeable. He was so kind and made us feel comfortable for the flight! Now my boyfriend is excited to enroll in flight school! Overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend to try out NextGen
