The best flight instruction experience. Very well organized and structured. The planes are maintained very well it gives you confidence you are safe. And San Carlos airport is my favorite airport to fly out of. Highly recommended.

We booked a demo flight at San Carlos Flight Center as a 17th birthday gift, and it was a great experience. The operation felt very professional and well-organized, and communication was clear throughout. Our instructor, Nico, was knowledgeable, calm, and did a great job making the experience both enjoyable and informative. A really memorable introduction to flying—highly recommend.

Very good experience there. Only did a demo flight but they were very helpful and I had a great experience. They have multiple aircraft types available and rental prices are reasonable.

Would love to leave less than one Star. I called on behalf of my friend who is interested in doing flight training. I’m a CFI so I just wanted to vet the school. Dan Dyer the CHIEF PILOT answered. When I asked about how many aircraft they have and how they are maintained he rudely said “they are all on our website, have you bothered to look at that” when I explained to him that I just wanted to chat over the phone he asked me who my friend was. I told him it’s someone who isn’t enrolled yet. He then HANGS up the phone. I tried calling back and he answers the second time. I asked why he hung up and he said they get fake calls all the time… this is by no means a fake call, I told him I was upset with him just hanging up and shocked that as a chief pilot he would do that. Of course. He hangs up again. I WOULD AVOID THIS FLIGHT SCHOOL. If someone like Dan is leading it then that just tells me everything I need to know. Someone like this should not be in aviation, I can already see that Dan has hazardous attitudes and is going to run this flight school to the ground.
