Great place to learn how to fly! Everyone at the St.Pete location is focused on safety, and I had a lot of fun earning all my certificates. Be ready to put in a lot of hard work, but it's all worth it in the end!

Do NOT go here.
-I'll start by saying YOUR PAYING WAY TOO MUCH. Do a little research and almost anywhere in the country you can find another flight school that gets you all the same certifications for HALF THE PRICE. Other flight schools will pay for all your written test and check rides as well and ATP does not. that's another $10,000 in hidden fees you'll pay at ATP.

I'm giving them two stars only because many of the instructors are excellent people, and the equipment the company provides is pretty much superior to most other flight schools, as well as their maintenance crew.

The school sells itself as a prestigious Flight school but in reality it’s just a business with crazy expensive services. Went to ATP in Tampa and did the Airline Career Pilot Program and started with credit for Private Pilote. The location in Tampa is one of the bigger locations with a large fleet of aircraft that are well maintained and a great group of instructors.
