Had a blast flying N692SP! The Cessna 172S was equipped with Aspen 1000, WAAS-capable Garmin GPS 175, single-axis autopilot (roll only - plane held altitude fine with trim adjustments), L3 Lynx Transponder and ADSB In for traffic and weather monitoring. Flew mostly XC and instrument and the plane was everything I needed and more. Will rent from Neil again!

You will not find much better value for a block of time than here and the Florida weather will almost always allow you to accomplish your goal in a short time frame. Planes were a very good price. My friend and I purchased a 50 hour block. Rating a 4 only bc we had to drive 3.5 hours back home to St Pete bc there was something in the female end of the headset jack and we couldn't hear each other and wasted a day. I have rented from Neil several times and every experience has been great. He is easy to work with and the rental process is very straightforward. I have found his airplanes to be well maintained and reliable.
