I attended culinary class with Paula and Amanda last year and was so impressed with the program and the lovely people on the DaVinci team! I learned so much that has proven to be so helpful in my inflight meal preparation and service. I not only enhanced my culinary skillset, but also met great people and had a great time throughout the training program. Thank you so much Paula, Amanda and team!

This course exceeded all expectations! The content was incredibly detailed and tailored specifically for the demands of inflight service — from menu design and presentation to food safety, timing, and plating in a cabin environment. The instructors were not only knowledgeable but truly passionate about aviation hospitality, sharing real-world insights that you simply can’t get from a textbook.

Incredible state of the art facility. The trainers are so passionate, and knowledgeable. DaVinci is a premium experience for hands-on training. I couldn’t recommend this institute enough! 10/10
