A Fantastic place to flight train! Did my commercial certificate with KC Aero. Had the opportunity to train with Frank, who is not only kind and patient but also gifted at explaining even the most complicated topics! Also had the opportunity to fly with Mike for my complex time. Some of my most favorite flight hours to date! If possible I’d give more than 5 stars.

Wanted to make my 15 year old's birthday celebration special so I purchased a Discovery Flight from KC Aero Academy in Lutz. The instructor Mike was outstanding! He made sure the experience was both educational and also fun. Other staff members were also friendly, informative and encouraging. It was a fantastic adventure and who knows...... maybe it could have been a first flight for a future pilot?

I did a discovery flight with Braden and had an amazing experience. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything about the plane and flight thoroughly.

Setting up the flight was super easy with Garrett’s help!

All and all, it was an awesome experience and I highly recommend it.

I was training at a different location and struggling with forward progression. Looked at other flight schools to see what the next step would be. KC Aero twas the closest to my house. I went online and input my information seeking evaluation. Mike the chief pilot and instructor called the day dy, under 24 hours and we discussed my training and knowledge levels. There are many flight schools out there, but very few provide true customization options or are even open to work with you, specially when it comes to your availability.
