To all my Pilot colleagues out there: RUN as FAST as you can !
Unless you’re a South American !don’t go there!

I was there for 4 months to do my multi and hour building

They promised a multi aircraft training but they simply didn’t have a airworthy aircraft
They had to borrow the aircraft from the neighbor school
Even after 4(!) months they where not able to let me complete my ppl multi ad on

I have paid over 1...

I would not recommend Flying Academy based on my experience.

The primary issue I encountered was a lack of consistent and reliable communication, which came across as unprofessional. It was often difficult to get clear answers, and at times my calls went unanswered, making coordination unnecessarily frustrating.

Extremly Disorganized operations. They run a mickey mouse operations.
After chasing them for weeks they finally booked a check ride for me. I showed up. The planes and instructor were not booked. I asked for a refund and they gave me the run around and told me it will take 60 days. And that they will charge 5% processing fee. I ha dto get the refund through my bank. Stay away from this company. Total waste of time

I came for Hour Buildings.
Good experience in overall. Modest school and fleet , good staff.
Properzi is a very good instructor.

I did my private pilot license and time building at Flying Academy and I highly recommend this school for Flight training. The instructors are professional and caring. The availability it's great and the airport at which is located it's awsome, underlying Miami internacional it makes your training more challenging and helpful for the future.
