I took my first aerial silks class yesterday and had such an amazing experience! Madeline was incredibly patient, encouraging, and helpful throughout the entire beginner class. She created such a fun, welcoming, and chill environment that made it easy to feel comfortable even as a total beginner.

I went from knowing absolutely nothing about aerial silks to learning poses and transitions within the first 20 minute...

I went into this with no experience and I was a little nervous about getting hurt or falling, but Madeline was so patient and informative on movement, tips, and tricks on placement that there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The instructors here are so supportive and fun. This was way more of a workout than I anticipated and I'll definitely be going again! There was no judgement, there was no rush to the nex...

We had an awesome experience with mother and daughter at our newbie class with our group of ladies. They were so graceful in teaching us and assisting us go beyond what we thought we could do. We can't wait to take another class again!

Saw aerial yoga/fitness online and wanted to try it, this was more free flowing as in it didnt feel like an exercise class- which i like and had a great time. Jennifer saw me struggling a bit, came over and it turned into a 1 on 1 class kinda lol but she is a great teacher, was so kind, patient, and encouraging. Madelyn (hope im spelling it right) is also so welcoming and kind. Great vibes!

I can’t say enough great things about Flight School Fitness! Over the past two years, my confidence, strength, and skills have grown more than I ever imagined. I walked in with zero experience, and I’m so glad I took that first step!
