Jacob Kyser is an exceptional professional who excels at customer service, personable relationships, and flight instruction. He went above and beyond to help me when i was presented with some tough circumstances, and you can find no better! Was leaving Sarasota/Bradenton International in my Cessna 172 last Saturday and she wouldn’t start… after calling several places with no luck. Our son Christian took his very first discovery flight at the age of 13 and it was an absolutely incredible experience! That smile on his face says it all! His instructor was so good with him and gave him some great information. I would recommend this place to any future aviators, we will definitely be back!
