It pains me to give a 1-star review, but my negative experience was so striking that I would give zero stars if possible. Every word here is the absolute truth.

With over 20 years in aviation, 100+ hours flying Cessnas, and a corporate background, I evaluate situations by outcomes. This experience was 100% negative. If this is the demo flight experience, how could one trust post-purchase support?

Icon aircraft and its sales team have always done an impressive job of marketing. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into FontaineBleau Aviation to see a beautiful A5 demo airplane in the lobby of the FBO on the occasion of the Miami Formula1 race event. Interestingly, Ms. Carolyn Castano, the brand ambassador for FontaineBleau, walked up and gave me a very detailed and impressive sales pitch on the A5. ...

WHAT A PLACE! WHAT A PLANE! One of the pilots gave us a great little tour and answered ALL of our questions about the plane. She was fantastic! Friendly and knowledgable and the view from the Peter O. Knight Airport on Tampa's Davis Island was phenomenal!!!!
