I am a local pilot, aircraft owner, and resident and find the ATP trainees doing a great job with communications and piloting around the area-well done! ATP, please consider encouraging trainees to follow the voluntary noise abatement procedures, which advise to do touch and go's at less populated airports (which also helps with the take-off congestion at PDK) and not do them at all at PDK after 11 pm. The instructors, staff, and students at ATP's PDK location are all friendly and caring people who go out of their way to help you and encourage your success in the program. The planes are very well maintained and flight safety is always the top priority. I've had a great experience in the program so far and would highly recommend ATP & the PDK location to anyone interested in becoming an airline pilot.

This is a great ATP location and the instructors are top notch! The PDK class D airspace is the second busiest airspace in Georgia and makes for a great training environment that you may not get if you go elsewhere. ATP has all G500 equipped aircraft and has great maintenance. I'm glad that I chose ATP to help me achieve my aviation career goals.

I’ve had all my piloting training at PDK, instrument and onwards at ATP. PDK is a great airport and is very professional and patient with students. ATP at PDK is a very inclusive and friendly group.
