Arthur is an amazing and friendly pilot. The sunrise was UNREAL! I was able to get amazing photos around the island. A truly special experience I would recommend to anyone interested in seeing the island from above or wanting to learn how to fly themselves. 10/10

Great flight school experience, Arthur conveyed information to me clearly and helped put me at ease when I was struggling. Even got to meet his dad Keith after we landed, such a nice family business. I would highly recommend this flight school to anyone in Hawaii

Don’t usually leave reviews but had to say something after such an awesome experience. Small flight school but super personable and the instructors were so friendly. A little out of the way but definitely worth the drive!

Never thought I would be piloting a small plane above the beautiful coast of Hawaii but Johnston Aviation made it possible I couldn’t have been happier.

Really great time flying here. The islands are even better from the sky! Plenty of hands on flying and instructor made our flight enjoyable and very educational. Great flight school!

I flew with flight instructor Arthur yesterday and had an unreal time! Never thought I would get get the chance to actually fly a plane. From the very beginning Arthur was friendly and dealt with my nerves. By the end I was flying all by myself, which is a testament to his calming energy! We even got to see a whale and her calf. Incredible flight school and instructor. Couldn't recommend more!!
