Flying with Paul is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and calm, best of all he remains excited to fly every day. I spent a week getting my tailwheel endorsement and doing a backcountry loop. Paul is very organized and made the entire process easy. Even down to hotel selection and places to eat every night. With the way the aviation industry is these days, just trying to crank out pilots, it was refreshing...

Paul is the premier backcountry pilot in the northwest, if not the entire country! His preternaturally calm demeanor coupled with his years of experience and proficiency makes him an excellent instructor for all ages and experience levels.

I flew with Paul Leadabrand on a two day mountain flying course with his Kitfox Airplane. Already a pilot and having a tailwheel endorsement did not prepare me for this experience of a lifetime. Paul allowed me to make many mistakes while he patiently talked me through the various maneuvers and capabilities of the Kitfox. He did not hover over the controls but instead allowed me to make the necessary corrections...
