Software is robust and has been fairly trouble free. But customer support on the other hand has been awful. You can’t even email them. When I try to call the only option that lets me leave a message is with the sales team (they don’t even pick up the phone). I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ll definitely be looking for other options.

The software has extensive functionality, we only use the training hub for recording student ground school progress at our Part 141 flight school. We have had it a little over two years with integration only in the last year after FAA approval to transition to electronic record keeping. The onboarding process was very formal and was the most extensive customer support I experienced. After that, they went to a "paid premium" customer support method, so that means you are on the back burner if you need any assistance. Assistance is sketchy, I have found that there are only a couple of their customer support people that know what they are doing. In addition, you cannot speak with anyone on the phone except your customer success manager, but they are not as knowledgable on the software. I have a training logging issue that is ongoing with no success. The request went to crickets for about a month, then resurfaced only to be a short, not fully developed answer to the ongoing question; don't think anyone fully read the support ticket/online chat dialogue. 35% of my chat with support, the support person just cut and pasted from the manual after searchng for the answer while I was on chat hold. Our hands are tied with this software right now due to FAA approval of our request to go digital with FSP but we are taking a serious look at Talon.

I have used Flight Schedule Pro during my initial flight training and currently with the flying club I belong to. It is easy to use and get a reservation scheduled. Since we have 13 members, seeing the airplanes availability quickly is important. I would recommend this to anyone.

The real reason I highly recommend Flight Schedule Pro, though, is their incredible support team. They're always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.
