My experience with the call center was enough to find another flight school for my 20 year old son. I am a retired military aviator and have been a professional pilot for 20-years. The individual who answered the phone was arrogant, attempted to impress by referencing the FAR, and an extremely poor representative for any organization. At the end of our conversation, I told him my time as a professional pilot is the only reason I could follow our conversation. He didn't hear my advice though, he hung-up on me. Based on other reviews, it is apparent you have a serious problem with Tyler and the call center. I am glad to take my $100,000 elsewhere.

If I could give this place a zero, I definitely would. I called to inquire about flight school and the receptionist (Tyler) was completely dismissive. He took my questions and disregarded them. It was like I was being put on mute. Saying "Hello" multiple times until finally stating that "I am about to hang up". Miraculously he finally responded. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone trying to get their pilots license because of the front line disrespect.

Had a great experience doing my flight training at the ATP Detroit/Willow Run location. You will not find a flight school that gets your training done faster. They have beautiful airplanes and a great maintenance program. All of my instructors were top-notch. If you are looking to embark on a career as an airline pilot, this is the place to go. Just be ready to work hard and take advantage of the opportunity.

Highly recommended. Training program is well developed for you to complete all of your pilot certs quickly and on budget. I took 6 checkrides in 5 months and passed them all on my first try. The Piper Archers at this location are all very new with state of the art avionics.
