I cannot say enough good things about the staff at FlyGateway at Queen City Airport. From the Chief Instructor to the CFIs, everyone was professional, courteous, and outgoing. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way and had me fully prepared for my PPL Checkride. Their aircraft fleet was well maintained with top of the line avionics. I’d recommend FlyGateway to anyone thinking about getting into aviation!

Gateway Aviation used to be a nice club/school kind of business with very friendly staff and lot's of different type of airplanes to experience, now under new owner its called Fly advance, Flock of Pipers Only, and less than welcoming staff. Only interested on selling fly lessons if you can schedule one

An "average" group of young CFIs with a serious disconnect to customer service. Will try and sell you ground school, please check out sporties or king schools. It's 2023 gateway..... not a VA approved school. Would be a nice place to maybe rent a plane, but not their school. Have had 4 encounters with this school, and I'm an not impressed, at all.

Signed up for ground school and a discovery flight recently and Kevin has been immensely helpful in this. He answered every question, got back to me via phone or email right away, and got me all set up in record time - even provided me with guidance on what I could start studying ahead of time to help with training. Their use of online portals and other technology to schedule and manage training and other operations seems highly efficient and was a primary reason I selected them to pursue my private pilot license.

Awesome flight school! I'm in the process of completing my private pilots license with Gateway. The CFI's at Gateway are great. Very fair and helpful......I did my intro flight there, and no one would ever blow you off...the 1-star review below is totally bogus!
