**UPDATE** After leaving my initial review, the owners contacted me and explained the situation. The gentlemen answering the phones when I called initially was new and still needed some training. They said they would honor my gift certificate and booked my flight for the next day. It was a great experience from there on out! The flight instructor was thorough with his explanations and very relaxed. I paid a little extra to have my better half fly with us and she absolutely loved it! We got to pick where we wanted to fly to and the views were great. It was the perfect introduction to flying! Thank you! --Original Review-- I was given a gift certificate for a discovery flight and shame on me for not reading it in full that it expires 1 yr from purchase. It expired on 5/30/25 and I called to schedule the flight on 6/10/25 and was told they would not honor it. Purely my fault for not reading correctly, but poor customer service on their part for not giving me a few days grace. You're welcome for the $250 donation to your business.
