My son and I have been taking flight lessons at Mount Pleasant Flight Training with Julie and we have both completed our private and instrument ratings at MPFT. We were able to train together, study together, and fly together with Julie (and so many amazing adventures on our own, including flying up the coast for pizza! And down the coast for the views) and it was such a wonderful experience! Next up is our commercial rating! The owners of MPFT, Julie and Scott, are so knowledgeable and wonderful instructors whether it's in the air or flying the simulator at KLRO or ground school lessons. The training we received helped us to be prepared for every written exam and checkride thus far. I cannot recommend this flight school enough! What a wonderful time in my life this has been ✈️

I can’t say enough about this flight school. Great location, great aircraft, exceptional owners and CFIs. If you are thinking about learning to fly, building time, or working for MPFT do it, you won’t be disappointed. I feel safe every time I go up in their aircraft. Julie helped me achieve my private and instrument ratings while working full time as a financial analyst in 6 months. She is a master in her field and an excellent instructor. Because of her training, I am pursuing a career in aviation and have the best foundation of knowledge, risk management and skill.
