There really is no other school like Skywood, and Pageland is the perfect training environment. I drove two hours to spend time in the Citabria, and it was worth it. Roger has the perfect combination of knowledge, experience, and patience to ensure success.

Go learn to fly a taildragger, and be the best pilot you can be with the best instructor. Roger is fantastic, and very patient with a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field. I miss my lessons!

I’ve been flying with Roger for almost 9 years and he is the best instructor and friend that a pilot could ask for. Even after my initial training was over, we have maintained a friendship that has lasted for a long time. I now live 5 hours away and still go back to Roger and Skywood for all of my recurrency training and refreshers.
