Toto Marchand is a very intelligent and skilled instructor who is devoted to his student’s success. I worked with him on my multi add on certificate and was very impressed by all that we were able to accomplish in two days. If you’re considering Toto as an instructor I would highly recommend him!

I was new to aviation and did my discovery flight with Toto and I was very nervous but Toto encouraged me that everyone goes through that. Toto is a great instructor and helped instill confidence in me throughout my training journey. He is also incredibly knowledgeable with all things aviation. I would recommend him to anyone!

Currently IFR training with Toto, couldn’t ask for a better instructor! Very personable, low stress cockpit environment, excellent communicator/instructor. Highly recommend. I enjoy flying with him. His ATC resume helps a lot w learning to talk on the radios.

Toto is 100% focused on aviation which makes him a great pilot and instructor. I did my IFR cross country (photo) with Toto and then I brought him along on a personal cross country, both were great experiences! As a pervious Air Traffic Controller, you can also learn a ton about talking to ATC and if one of your goals is to fly into Bravo airspace, like IAD, no one better than Toto to get you there (photo).
