FFI is by fare the best practical flying course I have been to. The instruction is top notch and professional. The add on courses coordinated with Inde Motorsports Park and Onidah Arms are incredibly in-depth and thorough. They over all course is amazing and well paced. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve on the fundamentals.

Started on my path to earning my Private Pilot's License here with these good folks. Jonah was a great instructor that was patient with me and taught me many great things in my first few hours of flying.

Bottom line up front: best aviation course I have EVER taken. As a military aviator, you know you are trained to the bare minimum for success. This course helped to fill in some of those practical skills gaps. I completed their 11 day fundamentals course, and it was some of the best training I have ever attended. The best flying school I've attended in my career. Mike and his team of CFIs exude professionalism, and genuinely care about instructing. They don't simply "go through the motions" like several other schools I've attended. They engage and tailor their instruction to the individual to ensure each students success. I count myself lucky for having been fortunate enough to get the chance to attend such a great course....

If you want to learn to fly safe and properly this is the place to learn. The instructors are top notch and spend real time with you, at your pace to become a proficient private pilot. The training planes are all well kept with up-to-date features and avionics and are a joy to fly. If you really want to learn to fly with confidence this IS the place to learn!!
