This Flight Safety location has many great people. Specifically, Sandy and Ralph stood out, going above and beyond. Their Gulfstream GIV program needs to be more cohesive, with significant discrepancies between simulator instructors. We rotated between 4 different simulator instructors. Both GIV simulators tended to crash mid-session, requiring a restart and sometimes tech support. Ron and Justin were the only people with whom I had unpleasant experiences. Still, by far, The Orlando Flight Safety Facility has been my best experience so far.
