I see a lot of negative reviews but I had a blast and have absolutely no complaints. I got the Groupon deal where it clearly explains there’s an extra fee. I did the Discovery flight and my instructor showed up on time, was really cool and laid back. He made flying look easier than driving a car. I got to get my hands on the controls and do some flying on my own. Our instructor even showed us a handful of maneuvers that made the experience worth it. I would highly recommend.

Scam scam scam!!! I should have listened to the reviews about them being non responsive. After a few failed attempts at scheduling with them, I got a date and time locked in. They confirmed it back with me, I paid an additional $98.99 fee that hadn’t been mentioned prior to purchasing, and I planned an entire day around the experience for my partners birthday. We both took the day off work and as we were on the way to the airport they sent a message saying “I just realized we never gave you today as a choice of openings. We do not have today available.” I sent them the screen shots of them offering the date and confirming it multiple times but now no reply. I’ll have to file with both Groupon and PayPal to get refunds for the initial charge and extra charge. They ruined the special day for us and I’ve never been so disappointed in a business before. I don’t know how their Groupon rating is so good.

I purchased a flight experience from this merchant through Groupon as a birthday gift for my friends, and it was a complete disaster. The merchant was unresponsive to phone calls and emails from the start, and even after finally confirming the flight time, they added a hidden $139 fee that was never mentioned in the Groupon deal. When the day came, my friends drove an hour to the destination, only to find that the merchant didn’t even show up! No communication, no response to phone calls or emails, and absolutely no accountability. I asked for a refund, which was refused. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this merchant.

Can’t go if you’re over 6ft tall. Company is ghosting me now. Only after driving there and waiting an hour did they tell me that I was too tall for the plane (i’m 6’3) and can’t go up. No where in any advertisement or correspondence did they mention this might be the case even though the pilot said its happened many times before. Now they’re ghosting me and i can’t even get a refund. Also they hit you with an $80 fee on top of the advertised price. Shady company that doesn’t care about customers

Booked a flight to Malibu but ended up with LA flight. When I emailed the customer service, I got the attached response after 3 weeks of ignoring my emails. “You can see Malibu from LA. You only missed flying over the coast” Are you serious?! I booked to fly over the coast!! Simply rude! Paypal dispute to follow.
