My daughter (trainee) and I (passenger) went on a discovery flight with Colin Mace. It was an excellent experience; thrill and memory of a lifetime to take the controls and fly the aircraft. Colin is especially professional, talented, and a gracious and effective instructor. He absolutely maximized the training and positive experience in the time we had. Colin is passionate about flying and teaching others. I highly recommend Colin for pilot training or a discovery flight.

They took me on a discovery flight. It was so cool seeing the cars below look like ants, and Colin was so nice, guiding me through all of the controls. He let go of the controls at one point without me knowing and I actually controlled the whole plane for like 15 minutes until he said something, lol. It costs something like 300 bucks for one of these flights. I had the time of my life. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Expect a future student!😁

Completed my flight training here for private pilot's license. The flight school was great to work with, the staff and instructors are all amazing and my CFI, Ty McElroy was absolutely awesome! The aircraft and facilities were great and I'm very thankful I got to train and fly here. Overall excellent experience! and if you're looking for flight training, Colorado Flight Center is the place!

Did a Discovery Flight with Colin this last weekend and it was one of, if not the best experiences of my life. Being able to control the plane myself was amazing. Colin is a great instructor. I have a tiny bit of Aviation knowledge so it was awesome to sit in the pilots seat. (Colin said I did a good job 😆) I would recommend this for anyone who may be looking into flying- to get a taste of what its like. After flying, I realized this is something I could see myself doing for sure. Thank you for this amazing opportunity!!

Her instructor, Alison was simply outstanding. She has the perfect warm, patient, and engaging personality for guiding a curious 15 year old. Alison provided clear, thorough explanations, including a detailed rundown of safety procedures and the instrument panel, while also emphasizing the pure joy and excitement of flying. The combination made the flight not just educational, but truly memorable and fun for my granddaughter to actually take the controls and fly for a short period.
